Mediation

Helping people in conflict (family, divorce, children, partners, clients, employers, employees, community members, and who else) to find constructive third alternatives as points of agreement through an unbiased, objective process of alternative dispute resolution – based on mutual respect, empathy and open dialogue – resulting in outcomes that are in the best possible interest of all involved. Compared to litigation, mediation has more positive consequences as it has a win-win effect with regards to time, money, confidentiality, emotions and relationships.

Hulpverlening aan mense in konflik (gesinne, families, egskeidings, kinders, vennote, kliënte, werknemers, werkgewers, lede van die gemeenskap, en wie ook nog) om deur ‘n onbevooroordeelde, objektiewe proses – gebaseer op wedersysde respek, empatie en oop gesprek – konstruktiewe derde alternatiewe te vind as punte van ooreenkoms wat in die beste moontlike belang is van al die betrokkenes.  In vergelyking met litigasie en hofsake, is bemiddeling (mediasie) nie so tydrowend nie, dit kos minder geld, is vertroulik, is emosioneel nie so uitmergelend nie en verbreek nie verhoudings nie – wat inderdaad ‘n wen-wen uitkoms tot gevolg het.
